Welding Program

In the welding classroom, students are involved in blueprint reading, welding safety & welding theory provided under the SAFCO Training & sense Program. The sense program cover the welding scope in a well constructed format for the very beginner to the Level I & Level II welding qualifications providing our welding students the latest in quality and leading edge with each course is providing a SAFCO certification.

The classes are in addition to learning how to actually weld? The welding program introduces students to cutting, welding & manufacturing process.

Welding Positions

Students will learn how to weld in Flat, Horizontal, Vertical & over head positions with shielding & gas metal arc welding, as well as weld on Aluminium, Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Pipe and sheet using Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (Tig Welding)

They use manual welding or cutting equipments to weld or join metal components or to fill holes, indentations, or joins in fabricated metal products. With an industry that is always changing and in high demand for the welders, the institute has demonstrated its leadership quality in the field.

The position of a welding is an important variable that can affect the weld metal quality. It we define by the orientation of the joint, the base metal, the electrode, & the weld pool relative to the earth.
